Sandwich Insulated Roof Panels combine a pre-painted rib-type metal roofing skin with a factory-bonded rigid polyurethane (PU) foam core, delivering roofing and insulation in a single panel. PU foam is one of the most efficient insulation materials available, so even a thin core significantly reduces the heat that passes through a metal roof - keeping interiors cooler and cutting air-conditioning load in the Philippine climate.
Available with 20mm, 35mm, or 50mm PU foam cores and pre-painted metal skins in 0.40mm, 0.50mm, and 0.60mm thickness, the panels can be matched to residential, commercial, industrial, and cold-storage applications. The foam core also acts as a sound dampener, noticeably reducing rain and outdoor noise compared to bare metal roofing.
Because the roof sheet and insulation go up in one pass, installation is faster and cheaper than installing roofing, foam, and a separate ceiling layer - the smooth foam underside can even serve as a clean, finished ceiling for warehouses, workshops, and extensions. The rigid core adds stiffness and impact resistance, and the closed-cell foam does not absorb moisture, helping prevent condensation drips on the underside of the roof.
